První gala 50 euro, druhý gala ještě míň. Je to o tom, kolik chceš utrácet v Towers Pubu (případně nakolik máš žravou v mekáči/subway). Merch jsem kupoval kartou (25 eur vynil Celestie, must have ). V aukci si normální člověk neškrtne. Tam mohou jen bohatí, nebo bohové.

Tak po přečtení poslednich 2 stranek mam pocit, ze mi 200+€ budou stacit na jidlo i nejaky ten merch. Mozna kdyz se vsichni slozime, budeme se moct i aukce efektivne ucastnit :-P

Odpoledne pošlu ještě jedno oznámení ohledně Gala, až dám dokupy všechny detaily, co mi přišly mailem od tamních orgů.


@Frolda, Aivri: ani bohově to nemaj zadarmo, však víte...

Jamis: Pevně doufám, že stejně jako poslední tři ročníky, i letos se splní tradice a řádně se ukážeš během aukce

@Frolda: takové věci se mají stávat spontánně, ne plánovaně, protože jinak je to o ničem.

Galacon porada cosplay show pro vsechny, je to v duchu zabavy, ne profesionalniho cosplaye - proste pro zabavu - kdokoliv se muze prihlasit (v ramci pravidel)!

Zmíněná akce už se konala na Gala vloni a poté na BronyFairu - tak tedy letos na Gala znovu ve zkratce: když přivezete na Galacon plyšáky, zúčastní se vlastní přehlídky zvané PlushieCon. Každý plyšák dostane při předání svojí identifikaci, takže se nemusíte bát, že by se vám nevrátil zpět.

... a pokaždé si říkám, proč je pokaždé tak málo plyšáků Twilight Sparkle...

Protože při několika stovkách plyšáků už dává celá organizace pořádně zabrat (RailwayDash, který vede org tým PlushieCon vypadal pokaždé dost utahaně), rozhodli se letos zavést systém registrací.

Sure, we have to ask for a lot of personal data... but this is necessary because each plushie, in case it isn't claimed back, has to be able to be assigned to its rightful owner. The ticket numbers are of no use for us because at GalaCon, the ticket numbers are assigned to the ticket buyer who is not necessarily the person who actually possesses the ticket.

There is an overall liabilty exclusion at GalaCon this year which everyone accepts by buying a ticket (german: AGB ).

Your plushie wants to be at PlushieCon? So this is how it works for you:

• You register your plushies at the User-Online-Registration mentioned above. There you'll get a reference number (which you should print out or note), then you come with this form and your plushies to our reception desk.
  
• Each single plushie gets one of the numbers mentioned before. Don't worry - these numbers are printed reliably on the paper and won't smear or stain, and we'll take care that the number is attached to the plushie in the best way possible, without doing any damage to the plushie. Depending on how your plushie is made, we'll attach the number around the hoof, the belly or maybe the tail.
  
• This number will be put into our computer system and be assigned to your plushie exclusively.
  
• You are given the other part of the paper with the number (one number per plushie). Please keep it safe and well - this is your receipt, you are getting your plushie back on presenting us this receipt. These receipts are stamped by us so as not to confuse them with similar looking receipts, e.g. from vendors' tombolas. Only receipts with PlushieCon's stamp on it do entitle a plushie return.
  
• Now your plushie attends the PlushieCon!
  
• On Sunday, you come to our desk again with your receipt. With this receipt, we will return your plushie(s) to you - thanks to the number there will be no doubt which one is your plushie.
  
• We register picked up plushies as "picked up" in our system (the database entry won't be deleted, however, it can be read by us at any time), and we'll keep your receipt.
  
• All done!
  

@Melgarh: letos jim vlastní účastí (myslím konkrétně tebe a mě) cosplay contest rozbíjet nebudem, ne?

Damn přihláška končila 24.7. Takže kdo chce ještě zaregistrovat plyšáka, jako já tak přímo na Gala prý bude ještě možnost.
