It all started as a joke, with this photoshoped picture of HungZy [imgur] on Facebook. But people liked the idea so much and soon enough, we've convinced him to actually do the cosplay/crossplay!

But why should cosplay be just about the costume and role play at con-site? This one is also about the cosplayer!

It was a bright, sunny day in the Sudetenland, the birds singing and the air brimming with the shouts of Vietnamese peddlers offering great clothing at a good price, and of enraged Germans, demanding their ancestral land to the laughter and mocking of the few Czech settlers.

In retrospect, the weather alone should have told HungZy that the day would be strange, it being the middle of winter and all, but his first thoughts belonged to the few unopened presents lying in the corner of his room. They arrived the night before, a day after Christmas, which, considering it was delivered by the Czech post, meant it had been sent as early as the beginning of November. He wanted to open them right then and there, but it had been late, and he was too weak and tired to tear through the twenty-something layers of duct tape that someone wrapped them in.

He’d remedy that situation now. Jumping out of the bed with the grace of an Indian elephant, he grabbed his self-made cosplay gryphon talon from the bed stand and attacked the presents.

It was a tough battle and, at times, HungZy was convinced that he had already lost, but in the end, by jamming the talon into the duct tape’s weak spot, it was he who stood above his opponent’s papery carcass, his talon raised high in the air and his throat reverberating with a victory roar.

It was when his gaze fell upon the present’s contents that his spirits were dashed. “A skirt? Really now?” He picked up the piece of paper next to it and read:


Of course. Who else but her would take a joke this far. He sighed, putting the box aside, and started hacking at the present next to it.

“Stockings. Ha. Ha.” HungZy rolled his eyes as he brought the next paper to his eyes:


Knowing that his friend was liable to carry out her threat and that she was probably watching him with binoculars from the bushes outside, he resigned himself to his fate.

It wasn’t the first time he was cosplaying a female, after all. He could handle a skirt and some stockings. It was when he unwrapped the frilly white corset, panties, and a large, puffy, pink-and-purple wig that beads of cold sweat started tracing his back. Cosplay was one thing, but this was a whole different level. A loli level, to be precise. Was this kind of thing even legal?

He looked out of the window, but the peddlers still had their Adidas and Puma clothes displayed in the open, meaning there weren’t any policemen in the vicinity. Besides, legal or not, he’d rather go to prison for being a lolita, sort of, than stay free and pogo-less.

With another sigh, one grave and heavy like the collective sigh of all the people of Vietnam, he took the stockings. They were... really smooth and pleasant, actually, as he slid them on. As if tailored to his exact measurements. His legs felt... good, despite how much he wanted to deny it.

Next were the panties. He quickly put them on, staring somewhere in the distance and forcing himself not to think about what he was just doing. These, at least, were uncomfortable.

Now, the skirt was something different entirely. He felt like he just put on a hula hoop or something, and pressed the skirt down against his legs, imagining he was wearing very loose shorts. The frilly, smooth material and the small decorative bows made such fantasising hard, but he tried and it was the effort that counted, or so he told himself.

Then came the corset, and HungZy furrowed his brow, thinking about how the hell one put those things on. It had all these laces on it, like a sleeveless straitjacket, and his friend forgot to include a manual. Oh well. He’d just put it on and google how to tie it later.

When his hands went through the armholes and the corset touched his body, however, something strange had happened. Without even thinking about what he was doing, he took the laces and tightened them, his hands tying the knots automatically, as if it was as natural as tying his shoes.

He’d dwell on it longer, but his mind was busy with just how incredibly comfortable he felt. It was as if the corset triggered a magic spell of cosiness, the clothes feeling like second skin. He kept rubbing his thighs together, biting his lip with the smoothness of it, and turned his hips left and right, enjoying the swishing of the skirt in the air. Even the panties suddenly felt like a perfect fit.

So it was that he took the wig, a smile plastered across his face, for if the corset did such wonders, then what would the hair do? He placed it on top of his head, careful to get it just right, and giggled as she noticed the bow in her hair. What a wonderful gift the bow was – she’d been wishing for it for ages! She’d have to go and thank Rarity for it right once she saw her.

Sweetie Belle ran down the stairs of the boutique and out the door, waving at her friends and wondering what they got for Heart’s Warming Eve.
