LoL usually stands for "League of Legends", except in the EUW. There it means "League of Lags".
Your chances of winning a match here are strictly determined by how many players the server decides to turn into AFK zombies. There has been cases of 10 players thrown-off from the server in the same game, thus resulting into a server-team victory.
Stability is so good, migrating from EUW to anyother server should be free. Still, it would take a month for EUW to load your migration. This is intended.
Most of the times, you'll be thrown-off from the server even before the loading screen finishes. Someothers, you just won't leave the character-picking screen. This is the server's way to tell you how exquisite the game is going to be.
It has been recorded that EUW only works at it's peak when Riot is doing live maintenance, unlike real servers. This is because EUW is not a machine, but a sentient entity who feeds on player's despair and broken electronics laws.
In EUW, all champions are stealthed. You won't notice them until the server decides to show them 10 seconds after they kill you, should the server want to unlag those champions. This results in thousands of assists for the server itself.

S Yasuem je to těžký.. já ho zkouším hrát na krit, ale to prostě nejde

Za něj ti stačí 50% na krit o zbytek se postará jeho pasivka. Jinak je za něj parádní hydra + ten item co dělá tu elektřinu nevím jak se to píše.

League of Legends je jediná hra, ktorá mi osobne vel'mi nejde. Môžem sa aj zošaliť nedám ani kill a počet úmrtí mám neúrekom. Nechápem čo mi tak nejde.
