Yes, it may be true, but you need to learn how to master it much more than other robots. If you don't, then you will loose. At least from my experience (I was never be able to win with Shadow, but I was able to mostly win over it with other robots).

Funny Chronos was another (sorry for the expression) "looser" in our book. We prefered more substantial robots (like Thorn, Jaguar, Pyros or if must - Flail).
