She is able to catch you as a fish and make you speak and then propably kill you. The cutiemark means she can catch the ones who needs help the most, the ones that are really close to death and help them or get info out of them. The fish is also evil. That means she can turn her catched fishes (in this case ponies) into trap and turn them bad. But also her cutie mark means her plans are good only for stealing and other dreams she had would never work out because her cutie mark is mark of thiefs and evil mark. She will never be able to sucess at her other dreams. SAD right?
She have scar on her face from shark, she though she would be good at catching fish, she is not. I mean yeah she is really strong and would catch shark with own hooves, yet the sharks dont like her (even tho she can turn them bad and make them eat chu, her cutie mark can turn good animals bad sometimes too)
