Ještě mě napadlo, v dávné době když přišel myslím SP2 na windows XP tak se objevoval problém limitním s počtem iniciovaných TCP connections ve stavu half-open za vteřinu. V event vieweru se to objevovalo jako událost s "ID 4226", můžeš přes start spustit "eventvwr.msc" kouknout do Windows Logs jestli se tam nevyskytuje? Případně zkus uložit aplikační a systémový log (přes pravé tl. myši) a hodit jej sem? Možná by se z toho dalo něco vyčíst.

kde tam najít windows logs? (v češtině)
prolozl jsem to odshora dolů a nevyznám se v tom

no nechci to zakřiknout ale během celého dneška se mi to nezaselko - zrovna když jsem to zítra chtěl odnést na reklamaci

ok - nechci zakřiknout ale dva dny bez záseku
vypadá to že to nakonec bylo na straně O2, nebo nějaký update na Mozille/Windows
