Podle všeho, se to se týká hranic s Rakouskem:

... a patrně nejde o nutnost mít pas - občanka postačí. Jde imho jen o kontroly (které se na CZ-DE hranicích provádějí namátkově zcela běžně už několik let), ne nutnost mít pas.
