When is everybody arriving to Berlin on friday? Is there anybody in the hotel already about 13:00? That's approximately the time when I arrive. Might go to the centre till others arrive.
The preparty begins at 16:00 in a bar close to the convention venue. Will we go there alltogether or is somebody not interested to be there or might arrive later? We need half an hour to get there by public transportation from the hotel.
