Dear GalaCon visitor,

GalaCon is only one week away and we want to provide you with some important last-minute information about your attendance. Please read the following text carefully to answer as many questions as possible beforehand and to make sure everyone has a smooth and joyful experience. How to get your ticket / con badge

As PLUS or BIZZAAM ticket holder you can choose when to checkin. On Friday checkin is possible from 3pm to 7pm at the main entrance.
On Saturday checkin starts at 8am. You can skip the waiting line at the main entrance and go directly to the Info counter inside to get your ticket.
In both cases please show an ID card and a print-out of your confirmation email you got when you bought the ticket (if you don’t have the email anymore please write to ticket@galacon.eu ). You will then receive your con badge where you can fill in your (nick)name. Pens will be available at the main entrance area. Please wear the con badge openly at all times while attending the convention. People without con badge are not allowed to attend.

At the Info counter you will also get your special ticket rewards.

Please keep in mind: although checkin starts Saturday at 8am, until 10am you can only stay on the ground floor. After 10am you can enter the rest of the con location. The vendor room will open at 11:30am.


Youth protection

If you are under the age of 16 visiting GalaCon without your parents and want to stay until after 10pm, you have to be acompanied by a legal guardian (a person over the age of 18). Cloakroom

On the ground floor there will be a cloakroom where you can store your clothes during the convention opening hours. Costs are about 1,50 Euro per item.


Startnext / crowdfunding rewards

To get your startnext rewards from our crowdfunding campaign, please go to the con office on the first floor beginning Saturday 10am. To hand out the rewards we need your name and ID card.


Arriving by car / parking

There are two large parking lots directly by the con location with a total capacity of about 500 cars („Parkplatz Bärenwiese West/Ost“). From Monday to Friday parking costs 3 euro per day, parking at the weekend is free. Please note that the parking lots are public and quite popular, so we suggest to arrive there as early as possible.
