Comment: Your forehead bone has significant protrusion with notable bossing over the frontal sinus and the orbital ridges (superior and lateral orbital rim) with the appearance of deep orbit set. The forehead/ brow ridge bone contouring will eliminate the male brow bone bossing and provide a naturally smooth & round feminine forehead. The more open space between the eye and the eyebrow after the procedure will definitely enhance your feminine look.

Comment: Your upper forehead looks board and flat (lack of round projection) and in my opinion the upper forehead augmentation by using the biocompatibility implant like hydroxyapatite (calcium component) will enhance good shape of upper part of forehead. For the best result, I would recommend this procedure in conjunction with Forehead/ brow ridge bone contouring in order to get a better harmonization between upper and lower part of forehead bone and make your overall face look smaller and more feminine.

Trachea shave, the price is 58,000 THB
Comment: The adam’s apple is very prominent and need aggressive reduction. I will do my best for the maximum smoothness. Please be advised that this sort of surgery has limitation to avoid vocal cord damage and I will meticulously take care of this matter.

Feminizing rhinoplasty + alarplasty, the price is 163,000 THB
Comment: Your nose looks masculine from the long & straight profile with broad shape. I plan to reduce the height of nasal bridge as well as the base of nasal bone for achieving of smaller nose with slight concave feminine profile. The tip-plasty by carving & modification of lower cartilage structure will be also included to provide a slight upturn & better nose tip definition. The alarplasty is recommended in conjunction with rhinoplasty in order to adjust the size and shape of nostril & base of nose.

Sub-malar augmentation with silicone implant (the price is 108,000 THB)
Comment: This is a procedure which can help enhance the fullness of lower cheek area when compared with the prominence of cheek bone, this can be done by placing the implant at the area underneath the cheek bone (sunken area of lower cheek).

Jaw and Chin contouring, the price is 270,000 THB
Comment: Your lower face looks square and broad and need bone reduction for the best feminine appearance. I believe the combined jaw and chin contouring will provide the smoothness of lower face rather than the standalone chin contouring.
The extent of the jaw contouring will be started at the most back area (post ramus of mandible) including the most part of obtuse mandibular angle toward the side of chin bone. In my opinion, the amount of jaw reduction shall be conservatively as I do not prefer to make the side of your lower face too short when compared with the pretty long mid-face.
The chin contouring make your chin look femininely small and be harmonized with the new jaw line. My technique is one line cut from jaw to chin without stepping and all done inside your month (intra-oral approach) without any incision on your face skin.

Upper lip augmentation with dermal fat graft, the price is 64,000 THB
Comment: The aim is to make a more fullness of upper lip in order to get a better balance. The strip of dermal fat graft from the left over forehead skin (in case you opt for forehead/ eyebrow lift) can be converted to be a graft and then put inside your lip.
