1. About half of the convention will be held in english(we have translators and many of our staff talks fluently in english)but some points will be in polish and the maint events will be translated on the fly, besides our languages are not that diffrent in full cover(been living most of my life near Ostrava so i understand most of the spoken Czech)

this yeras edition will be smaller just for Polish guys and our Czech/Slovakian friends that we met on Galacon.
3. Last year was amazing over 400 bronies only from Poland and few from germany and finland

Hi there!
I just read on our CZ/SK forum about your upcoming convention! And
when I write upcoming, I mean HOLY GUACAMOLY it´s at the end of this
very month! That is on such a short notice that I can´t help but
wonder - when did this become international? How much of the
convention is going to be held in English so we dumb Czech could
understand you? Why aren´t you on eurobronies.org [1]? The second
year? How did last time go? What did you do?
Are there going to be any guests?
Will there be Trotmania and My Little Karaoke?
Is lodging in the school for free?
How many ponies do you plan for to attend?
Where
in Cracow? How does the convention site look like?
And many more...
Right now it seems to me as if you planned this only for Poland and
when you saw the successes of the other international cons you decided
to open it up as well! But ONLY A MONTH beforehand do you announce it?
And not even all the parts of the site are translated? You don´t have
almost any crucial information at this moment whatsoever put up on the
site, even if it looks nice (but you lack a mascot).
How often are you going to update the site with new information?
Because you should seriously pick up the pace if you want people to
decide to go. I think two weeks beforehand could be considered for
most ponies as the deadline for the decision to go or not. After that
point, plans have to be made. Could you persuade us to give it a shot
in two weeks?
Also, you should provide some means to keep up with the new stuff on
the site. Maybe you could the eurobronies.org [1], provide an rss feed
or a mailing list. Or update your Facebook in English.
I enjoy meeting new people and I loved Galacon. What speaks up for
you is that you are relatively cheap and I suppose I´m not the only
one who would love to sightsee your beautiful city.
Until then,
BROHOOF!!!
